Filmerio is a free video player and organizer for Android devices, operated by JNP Group s.r.o., Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company ID 24069680 (“we”). By installing or using Filmerio you agree to these terms.
Free of charge
Filmerio is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
Your content
Filmerio does not provide any films, shows or other content. It plays only files that you store on your device or connect yourself. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to own and play the files you use with Filmerio.
Acceptable use
Do not use Filmerio in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others, and do not try to disrupt our services or reverse engineer them beyond what the law allows.
Third-party services
Some optional features use third-party services (for example subtitle search via OpenSubtitles). Their own terms apply to them.
No warranty
Filmerio is provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damage or data loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We may update them; the current version is always on this page.
